We had such a fun time at this event at Salem's Gilbert House, the Mommy and Me Valentine Tea. We got all dolled up- Lucy and mom in curls- and stayed there all day. Gilbert house had prepared a number of crafts for the kids as well as setting up a tea party! The tea party was so cute with a nice tablecloth and real tea cups and saucers! The kids got a cupcake and got to decorate it with icing, sprinkles and heart candy. Of course there was tea to drink (apple juice). It was cute that they had feather boas for the girls to wear and top hats for the boys. The party was complete with sophisticated music in the background. It was a very fun time!
